Square Appointments Product "Getting Started" vs "Variable"

In Square Appointments, when you set a product to "starting at" and I go to make a manual appointment, it says "variable" instead. I need it to say "starting at" so the client knows that it starts at the price I begin services at. What am I missing or misunderstanding here?

I've made sure it's set to starting at and the price is set, but in the android app, when I go to make a manual appointment and select the service, it always says "variable".

Hmm @lalune, are your clients not seeing any price from your online booking site? Clients should see the 'Starting at' price online, just below the service description.

 

Then, from the  Appointments app, you do have to manually enter the confirmed price at checkout. It's a 'variable' price so you don't unintentionally ring up the client without updating the price.
