Shipping not added at checkout!?

Can someone help?? I added my shipping, flat rate then free after £35. I’ve set fulfilment to shipping. I’ve bulk edited all my items setting fulfilment to shipping. I’ve gone through to checkout on another device to see how it’s all working and shipping still shows as £0.00 every time:(

Usually, the shipping fees will not show until the customer has entered their shipping address. If you have entered a shipping address and the fees are still not coming up, would you mind sharing a link to the website with me so I can take a further look here on my end?
