Shipping costs

Hi, so I charge shipping in my shop and on the site it shows the total plus shipping but when the money is transferred it transfers the amount minus the shipping to my account. I dont use the site to ship so my question is where does that money(the shipping cost) go if its not transferred to me and i dont ship through the site??

With Square's Online Store, the shipping collected (minus the transaction fee) is in fact deposited to your linked bank account. 

Are you using a third party integration for your website?
