Sales by day of the week

I've been looking for this to be a feature for several years now, but I'm wondering if I've just missed it?

Is there a way to view sales per hour by day of the week? So I could click on "Thursdays", and see what sales trends are like on that day of the week. I do not want to have to go through a year of sales and compare 52 different Thursdays on my own (I've tried this based on suggestions from other users, and it's kind of a nightmare). 

I know I can obviously view sales data for days of the week in that little graph, but it would be super helpful to see that data broken down more, so I could know things like slower times of the day, etc, rather than having to go through each date or rely on anecdotal evidence.
