Receipt for Gift Card Sale printer setting

Can I change what printer the little receipt prints to when we issue a gift card in the shop? We have three printers and currently the little receipt prints to our kitchen printer (not where we want it to print!) Also, is there a setting to have the balance of the card appear on that receipt as well?

Welcome back to the Community, @bekind - 

You can change the settings for each printer in your Point of Sale app to print whichever receipt you'd like to. 

Here are some instructions for an iOS device and an Android device.

I am having the same issue, they are asking how to keep gift cad sales from printing on the kitchen printer.
