When my customers go to my online booking site to request an appointment, they are prompted for a username and password. Is there any way for them to go through the process of booking an appointment without having to sign up for Square?

Hmmm, we don't actually have client logins for Appointments; can you let me know where a password and username is being requested?
When a client books an appointment, they'll be asked for their name and contact info (so you can send them the appointment details) but they won't be asked to login! Hopefully that helps clarify.

When they click on the link that I sent out introducing them to online booking, they are directed to my online booking site, but when they click on a service to book an appointment or just click on book an appointment, they are redirected to sign in to square. I've tried this myself with the client and got the same results.

trying clearing your history and book from the online then cancel and re book see it that works.
