My customer has her emailed receipt from an e-gift card purchased but no redemption code. How do I look that up for her to apply it to her transaction?

Sorry to hear it. Their redemption code should show up in the email they received, just above the blue "View Your eGift Card" button. If that doesn't work, you may want to try the card on file option: Charge eGift Card on File.

My customer cannot find the email with the view my gift card button. Only the emailed receipt of purchase. Can I look up the redemption code on my end?
