Is there a way to offer multiple options to clients when booking online- either pay in person or pay in advanced. I could only seem to get it to do one or the other.

Hi there,
There isn't a way to offer multiple options to your clients in the way that you mentioned. At the moment, the only direct integration for payments would be to check your clients out from the Square Appointments app through the Square Register app.

I prefer my clients to prepay a 50% deposit, but would like it to be optional. Any chance the ability to make it optional could be added in the near future?

@jrtaylormusic - Sounds like a great suggestion. While you can require prepayment or require a credit card to book online for No-Show Protection, it would be nice to also have the option of requiring a deposit. I'll be sure to share your thoughts with out product liaison team.

I agree. This would be very helpful. I have many customers that pay by cash or check, so I can't require them to pre-pay to book an appointment, but having the option to pre-pay for my credit/debit card customers would be a huge benefit. I currently have to have them book an appointment and then ask them to go to my Square online store if they would like to pre-pay. It's a bit of a clumsy, multistep process that doesn't feel very professional. Integrating appointments and the online store, from what I have seen, doesn't seem possible at this time. Would love to see that happen!
