Packages and scheduling

Hi,

 

I tried to search in the topics but I haven't really found an answer. I'm a dog trainer and I would like to be able to sell packages of X number of sessions. Step one, easy, I just create a service that is called Package of 4 sessions, cool. But how do I then make sure my client can book four separate sessions? From what I'm reading, it is an option on some other scheduling services but I'm not seeing it here. If there is no way to do it, I would need to move somewhere else and I'm trying to avoid the hassle.

Check out this feature request about multiple appointments packages as it contains a workaround or two that may work for you.

This has been a request for over 10 years now.  These workarounds you offer are not practical for most of us. Please update on request.

Hey there @Antwynette 

 

I clearly understand your frustration here. While the team is constantly working on making appointments better for most or all of our Sellers, features are often prioritized over others. An example of this would be if there was no possible way of accomplishing what's being requested.

 

I am not saying that the current workaround is the most practical solution to this feature but there is a slight possibility based on my personal experience here at Square that this feature has not been completed yet due to the fact that there are other ways of accomplishing it and there are other features that do not have that chance.

 

However, I do value your time and your business so I will be passing your feedback over to the Appointments product team for their visibility and consideration when working on future updates to the service.
