POP-UP Location Question

Our donut shop is doing a pop up shop this weekend at a local coffee shop.  This is separate from our physical location.  We plan on taking an iPad and chip reader with the POS software installed, but we're not sure how to set it up so that we can track sales (cash and credit card) from that Pop-Up.  All funds will go into the same account.

 

What would be the best method to set this up?

If you're not worried about the money going into the same account, I would think using a device code would work.  that way you can see what that location sold, but it will make you home location sales look extra large, which can throw off statistics and sales for comparison next year.  https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5586-manage-devices-by-location

 

you could set up a second location in your Square account.  that way all says would be separated out.  you can make all items available in your second location when you are setting it up.  Doing this will hold up your money a bit since this starts tomorrow and it takes 2 - 5 days to get a bank account verified.   https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5580-manage-multiple-locations-with-square
