Online Store Purchases - does customer receipt contain unique number?
Our non-profit would like to use the Online Store to sell event tickets. The question is whether the customer receipt contains any unique identifying information, number or letters, etc that can be used for confirmation purposes.
Does it?

Yes, Each sale, in-app or online, has a unique transaction id.

Can there be a specific number for the event ticket on the receipt, other than the transaction id? i.e. if there are 100 tickets, can purchase identify sale ticket number as #89?

We don't offer an option to add an event number as mentioned here at this time with the Online Store but I'm happy to pass it forward for you as a feature request.
Can you explain in more detail on how this would be useful for your business for the Product Team to review?
