[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Feature Images]
I am selling artwork in both a vertical and horizontal format. I have created two feature pages, one 4:3 and the other 3:4, to accommodate both the vertical and horizontal images. However, if I change one featured items page to horizontal, the other changes also and the images don't display properly, even though I have checked the proper size in the image size menu. Can Featured Pages have different cropping sizes, or must the size be the same for ALL pages. This will require much addition work for me if only one size is accepted!! Thanks.

Hey @SmallTownGal19!
Thanks for your post.
Image ratio sizes are currently global, so if you change it for one, it will change it for all the others. Usually we recommend that sellers modify the image on their computer beforehand so they all have the same ratio. In other words, if you want all the images on the site to be portrait orientation, then you can add extra space to the top and bottom of landscape images so the image has the same dimensions as a portrait image. I realize this isn't ideal, but it's the current work around.
We have an Online Store phone support team that you can also speak with for additional guidance. Our number is (855) 700-6000 - but you'll also need your customer code. The steps to look up your code are here. If you ask to speak with the Online Store powered by Weebly team, they'll transfer you appropriately. Thanks again!

The items preview is only square as default. Is there any way to change that setting? i.e. show a landscape picture versus square?
