Online Setup Issues
I've been asked to help a friend, who hasn't setup the Online portion of their Square account, to get their ecommerce options stood up. They've added me as a Team member, and even granted the Team permissions to manage the Online feature, but I cannot get it started. Square just presents me with an error:
Is there something they need to do on the owner account to get things running?

I recommend letting your friend know about this situation so they can reach out to our support team. They will be able to look closer into this and confirm if your Team Permissions are correct to be able to customize or set up their Square Online Site. When you have a moment, please tell them to reach out directly by logging into their Square account and heading here.
