Online Orders/Alerts for food business

Hi all, 

Looking for some advice on how to set up an online ordering/payment facility for our food business. No Square receipt printer or website, social media only to keep costs down. We already use the Square POS app on a tablet for in shop retail sales, both cash and card.

At the moment we're investigating how to offer lunchtime and other food items for collection and although customers are always welcome to call us to place the order and pay in person we'd like to have an online payment link on our Facebook page and some form of notification that easily alerts our staff that a new collection order is pending. 

Any advice? Aware of Square Online Payments and the Orders portion of the app, just not how they interact.

Hi @PGPL, welcome to the Seller Community! You can set up a free online store with Square Online and offer Pickup option. When your customers place an order, you will receive a notification on your Square App and it will appear under Orders section. Here is more information about how to manage online orders with Square.
