Not getting sales numbers

I work in a food trailer using square in the off line mode. Relatively new this being the fourth time I have used it. In the past, it would tell me what my sales were, what I sold etc. It would do this offline. I get home to the wifi, and for the past 24 hours when I go to reports or sales, the symbol keeps spinning in a circle and it shows me at the top that it is not able to connect to the internet.

I'm missing my 2016 sales from July to Dec in my sale trend reports, it was displaying them as of Monday.

 

Is this an issue for anyone else?
