New charger usb cord.

I cannot find where my cord went to charge my contacted card reader after the move. Can I get a new one?

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding your cord. Square does not have replacement cords to send out but you can use almost any micro USB cable to charge your reader.

You may already have one lying around or you can pick one up at most local retailers like a Staples, RadioShack or Best Buy.

Hey @male1950 - sorry for the confusion on this. Both the Chip Card reader and Contactless + Chip Card reader can definitely be charged with any functioning micro USB cable. Are you having trouble charging your reader?

yes. need a cable that will allow me to connect to the pin on the end of the reader as far as i can tell. If there is a easier way please enlighten me. & Thank you in advance.

Hey @male1950, yes just about any Micro USB cable is compatible with both readers. The image below shows both ports. 

Could you share what pin you're referring to? 

Also the Ebay link looks like its for your cart so we can't see it on our end.

My reader does not have the slot on the left only the pin on the right.
