New categories not showing up in reports.

Is there a reason why old items under new categories do not show up in reports? They still show up under the previous categories. Do new categories only work on th date created going forward or will older reporting show the new categories?

@toolbox Happy to take a closer look for you. Would you mind confirming whether or not you used the Import/Export tool to create your new items/categories? Thanks a ton!

@toolbox - Scratch that, our engineers actually confirmed with me that there was an outstanding bug that was affecting your account. They were able to issue a fix very recently. You should be good going forward.

I am actually having this concern as well.   I know this is an old post but was wondering how to fix it?!  I have created (within the dashboard) new sales catogories (six in total) and only three are showing.  Help
