Need help with Mailchimp connection - connected Payment but no order form?

Unfortunately no... I had already tried all that he suggested.

I have created a landing page with MailChimp.  I created a product in MailChimp.  The checkout is processed through square. I cannot find where the order is captured for fulfillment?  We are not receiving the order to process.  I cannot find in MailChimp a place to view the orders (with customer shipping address, etc.). I cannot find those orders in square - only the transaction.  I have called/chatted with both companies, and they both state that they do not handle this.  Can anyone offer insight?

I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller had the same question.

Since Mailchimp is a third party and we're just the payment processor, we have no insight into their platform or how it works with their API. They would be the ones who would need to help you out here. I know you mentioned you reached out to them already, but we have no knowledge on their landing page or how that works so that would 100% be on them to answer.
