Hey Sandi - We recommend that your photo dimensions be 720 by 720 pixels. You can scale down the size through any photo editor of your choice before re-uploading
Why does Square make our lives so difficult? We should not have to resize our photos. Square should "automatically" resize the photos when we upload it to the website. Why make us go to a 3rd party app to resize? Geesh! Not happy!
I'm very disappointed that I have to resize ALL my photos because this software isn't intuitive enough to do that for me? Even more disappointing that I paying for the middle package. Email takes 24-48 hours to get a response and the call feature isn't available now. This "support" sounds more like an idea rather than an actual service.
I thought the purpose of using the photo studio app was that it sizes the photos for the site. The pic shows as all fits well in the image library but when posted on the site most do not fit!
