Multi-Location Loyalty

We have two stores in different towns (taxing locations).  It is possible to have a single Loyalty Program that allows a customer to accumulate and use their points at either store?

To complicate matters, we are dumping our old Loyalty program we had with a 3rd party and I have a data file containing our customer's accumulated points.  That data file will need to be uploaded to any new system we adopt.  It would be unfair to our customers if they lost their accumulated points just because we switched Loyalty systems.

Hey @Hondo6969-

YES! You can have multiple locations under one main Square account and have those locations share the same loyalty point system.

When it comes to importing loyalty points from an old program, no worries! You can contact our Loyalty specialists, and they can have that information imported for you.

Best of luck!

we have several stores in our nationwide franchise Network, and I'm wondering if the loyalty program would allow a customer to earn and spend points in several stores with the same phone number. For example we have three stores in New York City, if I learn points at 1 franchisee's store but try to redeem them in another do you have a system of compensation between the two franchisee stores ?

Hey @cmalm! Take a look at my answer here. Short answer- yes this is possible if your franchises are listed as "locations" under one main account. If you have multiple accounts for each franchise, then the Loyalty program wouldn't be connected, unfortunately.

Hello, I use square for multiple locations. The loyalty program has been very successful for us. The issue I am having is I have a dispute with a partner owner on how it was structured. Has anyone found a way to offer the loyalty program across all locations but have variables in the terms.

For example. In my store 5 stars earns you a Free Shake, my partner wants 10 stars to earn a free shake.

We both agree on the terms to earn a star but now how they are rewarded.

Any ideas
