Missing data with sync to Google calendar

I am synced with google calendar, but location data (customer address) is missing. Why?

Nevermind. I figured it out. I have to change the setting to include "customer location."

not sure if it's appropriate to post here but looks related to the issue.
i have google calendar synchronization off but once in a while my appointments would show up in google calendar (as "moved to @"mydomainname" and containing no information but confirmation number) INSTEAD of showing up in appointments calendar. neither me nor client get text or email confirmation for it and it doesn't block out time in appointments so it's very confusing. any guess how this could be happening and possible fix?
