Manual Order Entry?
I apologize if this has been asked before. I searched and didn’t find a similar question.
To understand my issue, I need to first describe my business. My husband and I run a tiny (no pun intended) microgreen farm. We have new crops available every Friday. On Fridays, I deliver our greens to homes and restaurants in our local area. On Saturdays, I take my greens to the farmers market. The cycle then repeats.
When customers place an order online, they are given the option to choose a delivery window. This works well, but the problem lies in when I get a verbal order from a customer either over the phone or in person, sometimes paying cash.
Is there a way to add a delivery to the automated schedule, so that a customer ordering online doesn’t duplicate the same time frame? For example, I have a restaurant that receives my delivery every other week on Friday at 11am. How can I keep on online order from picking the same time frame? What about if I have a one-time order for 10:30am from a farmers market customer that gave me cash?
We are tiny, as I said, and purchasing additional software isn’t in our budget.

Thanks for reaching out, @lazysqacres
At this time it is not possible for manual orders to integrate with your online orders, but this is a great feature request that we can pass along to the teams.
The only suggestion I can think of is to create an online "order" for your manual orders. You could create a hidden item that you use for this scenario, then set the price to $0 and proceed with the checkout. This way the delivery time is blocked from being used by customers placing orders online.
The other option would be to turn off ability for customers to schedule pickup times, however, that would mean you would have to manually coordinate the delivery for each customer.
