Manage my domain never connects

My domain is from Hover.com. I've changed DNS to 199.34.228.164 over a week ago. Still get 404 page. After reading other posts, I've gone to "Edit Site Destination" several times choosing " connect to one of my current sites" . After saving it still says DISCONNECTED.  lead2wincorporation.com and lead2wincorporation.weebly.com

I have done all the step in the trouble shooting and it still goes to 404.

As well it shows "Not Secure" http://www.lead2wincorporation.com/

Hello, @Johnnyherb. Just looked into this for you. The correct IP address for your domain is 199.34.228.68. Once you update both A records to the correct IP address your website will be Live and subsequently will become secure.
