Loyalty Points Value
I just want to make sure I have this correct:
Right now, my customers earn a loyalty "star" for each $2 spent, towards a reward after 100 stars. If I increase the value of each star to $3, do they keep their current bank of stars, even if, going forward, it takes more spending to earn more?
Meaning, if a customer has 50 stars this week, and the value of stars changes, will they keep their 50 stars, even if it takes more spending to earn the next 50 stars?
Thanks!

Hey @KMo - Yes, if you change the structure of your Loyalty Program, your existing customers will keep their current stars (your customer example will keep their 50), and any purchases they make after the change will earn the new amount.
Hope this helps!
And let me know if you have any more questions about Loyalty Programs - I've been using Square Loyalty for 2+ years now and we love it!

Thank you so much! That answers my question.
