Loyalty: Is there a way to edit the message that shows when a customer doesn't qualify?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: loyalty screen

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the verbiage on the Loyalty screen?  The message now states that the customer's purchase didn't qualify for stars, and I'd love to change that.  Any advice?  Thank you!!

Hey @traging! First of all, thanks for joining the conversation in the Seller Community - we're happy to have you! As for your question, we don't currently offer the ability to customize this copy, but I would love to hear more about what you'd like it to say or what would come across better with your customers. 

 

On a side note: if you're using an iOS device, we did add the ability to disable the Loyalty screen from showing up if a customer doesn't quality. Check out Darshita's post here for more details on how to enable this feature.
