Link to website 'Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue'
Hi - I have a link to my website on another website - but when you click on it - you get this message:
What do I need to do in order to allow people to access my website via this link?
Thanks in advance for all help and suggestions.
Thanks, Diane

Hi @HandonArt, thanks for your post! Would you mind sharing the link for your website with me? That way, I can check this further on my end.

Hi - yes no worries it's https://handonart.square.site/ - normally loads for me ok, but I'm concerned other people are going to get the security message - thank you!

Thanks so much for sharing that @HandonArt! The site https://handonart.square.site/ is definitely loading fine and I've double-checked the certificate as well; it's fully secured.
Would you mind re-embedding the site to your main website? One thing I know is that while https://handonart.square.site/ is the right link, if a www was added (for example, www.handonart.square.site), that can throw up an error like above as well. I've come across this a few times when tinkering with site links myself so it's worth double-checking how the site is linked/embedded.

Hi - thank you so much for checking. I've just checked and they did put www. in front of the website link - I'll ask them to remove it and hopefully that will do the trick - thanks again! 🙂

Hopefully that will be it! If the error still comes up, do let me know and I can have a further look on my end as well!
