I have one item in my shop I want to ship internationally. How do I set it up so JUST that item has an international shipping profile?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
Right now, we do not have a way of creating individual item shipping settings. Sorry about that. This is a feature request that we're working on making available to our sellers in the future.
The workaround at the moment would be to create the international shipping rate, and then either put in the item description that only this item is available for international shipping or set the item as a certain weight in which only international shipping is available for that weight. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

I tried that, but I only see options to set shipping by order weights. So, if someone added multiple items to an order, couldn't that put them in the correct weight range? Also, It says that if it falls outside the weight's specified, it will default to what I list. Could you please describe in more detail how adjusting product weights would work?

I'm not confident that I am interpreting your question correctly - are you asking if multiple items can be added to equal the specific weight set for international shipping? I believe what Isabelle was suggesting and referring to was to set the item in question to a specific weight category - and then allow only that specific weight to be shipped internationally. Does that help clarify a bit? There are quite a few moving pieces here so it can easily become confusing 😅

Can you clarify how I would set a specific item's weight to only ship internationally?
From what I see, it looks like everything would be eligible for international shipping, but it would just default to a certain price if outside the weight range.

Apologies for the delay. I looked into this, and I apologize, there wouldn't be a way to eliminate certain items from the international shipping just based on weight. This would not be a solidified work around, and I misunderstood when it was originally explained to me by the Online Store team.
Ultimately we do not currently have item-specific shipping settings available. This is something we're hoping to make available in the future. Thanks for your time and input!
