Is there any way to change the subject line for order confirmation emails?
I sell only physical items on my square site, but of some reason whenever an order confirmation email is sent the subject line on the email is "Your download is ready!". Also there is a section in the confirmation email called "Downloads information" which displays downloadable content; again, my website sells only physical products. Is there any way to fix this? There seems to be no where in the email preview editor to change this information, and I've made sure all my site item types have been marked as "Physical" Please help!

HI, there are several places you need to review your Fulfillment Settings.
Square Dashboard, Settings, Account & Settings, Business, Locations, click your Store, (set to Mobile if not brick & mortar)
Square Dashboard, Settings, Ecommerce, Online, Online Dashboard, Fulfillment, Pickup & Delivery,
Online Dashboard, Items, Item Preferences, scroll down to Default Item Fulfillment, far right Edit
Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, scroll down to Advanced Settings, far right Edit Advance Settings, Default Fulfillment Method

Hi Gold,
I went through and double checked all my fulfillment settings and they are all correctly filled out.
I've been reading about similar issues on other posts in the seller community forums, from what I can gather Square's website editor doesn't actually have a feature that allows you to edit the subject line in automated emails. Is this true?
