I have a long time customer that will only pay by cash. I would like to send her invoices by email but have "cash" as the payment method. I don't see where I can add cash as an option (other can card, ach or gift card).

@KMinNC . I have a few customers like this as well. Once you send them the invoice, click on the three dots next to the toal and then click add payment. then under method click record payment and select cash.

I finally did it correctly.....once you have sent the invoice and select paid you cannot edit it say to change a date or anything

Thanks! I just don't want to send the invoice with card, ach or gift card as the only payment options. I have to call my customer and say please ignore that.
