So I’m setting up my online store and want to be able to have sales out of state. Is there a function in Square that allows for auto-calculations for various tax rates around the country?
As an artist, I have only done POS at festivals, conventions and such around my metro area. I have different sales tax rates setup for the various cities/counties that I sell in. Which is only about 6 variations in my metro-area. Selling online would add up to hundreds of local tax rates. Does a Square online store allow for this as an automatic calculation? I know various online stores that I purchase from do this based on my location automatically at checkout. Hoping Square has this ability too.

HI, yes, you can set your Sales Tax within the Online Dashboard.

How do you get the "auto calculated" option? Mine is asking for a specific % with no other options.
