Invoices for dues. Possible to upload a CSV of people to invoice?

I want to use Square to accept annual dues payment from 300+ people. I can't see how to upload a CSV of people to invoice.

I know I could set up a store or payment URL to do the same thing but I shouldn't have to pay 3.5% per transaction when invoicing is the same action and costs me 2.9%.

There is not a way to send invoices automatically to a list of people, they need to be sent individually to people.   you can make it a Reccuring Invoice though so it will rebill them when it is due again. You can import all the customers in a file so you just have to select them at the time of sending an invoice.  You can upload customers here.
