I recently had a customer complain that there was no place for him to put his adress on my invoice . And he wouldn't pay it . Insisting I was a scammer ? All my other new costumes usually just hit reply and emailed me there adress or private messaged me there adress . I have no idea what he is talking about . Please help - I'm am not technology savvy lol . - Cynthia

You can put your customers information (Address, phone, etc) in on your end before creating the invoice.
From you Square Dashboard (PC) click on Customers >Create Customer (top right). Simply fill in/edit customers information and save.
The address and information you entered will show up on the invoice when they go to pay it
