Invoice 1 person for 2 different customers

I am with a dance studio and wondering how to invoice 1 parent for 2 students with different invoice amounts without having to have the parent click on two different invoices and pay two times.  I wanted to give each student an account so it would be easy to keep track of.  Can you offer any suggestions?

Hey @CCAD, welcome to the seller community! 💃🕺

Great question—our Appointments team is tracking a request to manage class scheduling, though I'm unable to access and share a timeline for when that feature set may become available.

Right now, there isn't a way to send a single invoice for two separate customer profiles. It sounds like your best bet is to send a separate invoice, or you might be able to glissade through this by creating a variable-priced item for each of these students. If you labeled an item for each student, you could then include both of them in an invoice. In addition, payments for these items or "students" would show up in the online Square Dashboard reports. Hope this workaround helps!

If any other sellers in a similar situation have additional suggestions, feel free to chime in.
