Inventory Management - 2 locations - same business
Hello,
I have 1 business but 2 locations. One is a B&M and the other is mobile, I do markets and craft shows. I recently set up a 2nd location inside of Square, but am having the dumbest issues with inventory.
For example, I sell keychains in my B&M, but do not take them to the shows with me.
My question:
Why will square not allow me to delete the keychains from the mobile inventory without deleting the entire thing in both inventories?! I have lost several items, thinking I was deleting them out of ONLY the mobile inventory, but in reality, I have been deleting PAGES of inventory from both locations.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I am not sure if this would help since currently I only have 1 location.
Square does have a setting that when you enter a new item or edit an existing item you can select which locations that item is available at. To get there from your Dashboard, choose Items, the choose the Item and then scroll to Locations where there is a drop down arrow to select All Locations, Location (Name(s)) or All Future Locations.
To get to your Items catalog click the link below then find the item(s) and change location availability.:
