Incorrect payment amount sent to me.

How can I contact Square to let them know they left out an entire sale in their payment to me?

first thing I can think of is you took the payment after your stores closing time so it will be on the next day's transfer.  check your transfer here https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/deposits  and check your close of day here https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5439-customize-your-close-of-day

@Meris VanKalkerFarms hit the nail on the head for this issue. 

 

I will add that you might want to check the Transaction Status Report to make sure you don't have any declined or voided transactions.
