Hi @tranguyen

If 'Conformation Method' is set to 'Text Message' but the client has set his preferences to 'Email only', is the confirmation still sent and if so, how?

Hey @amjessey, thanks for your post!

I had a play with this myself and from my own testing, if your confirmation method is set to text message but the customer has set their preference to email only, a confirmation email would be send out in this case. This is because the system would still need to notify the customer of the upcoming appointment but, rather than deferring to your preference, it'll defer to the customer's preference instead.

I hope this make sense!
