I start another company and I have Square on my phone. Question is how do I add the new company name and account number with the same App on my phone? How do I know which account to charge the payment to?

If you want to have the two businesses have separate accounts (which I'd recommend if they're completely different businesses), you'll need to start another account. When you use the app, you'll then have to sign into the correct account. You can use the same hardware. If you don't already have a second email address, they're free on a variety of websites. Hello @Dorothys1118! If you haven't already I recommend checking out the article mentioned by @VanVvalkerFarms above: Manage Multiple Locations with Square.
You can use the location feature to add another business to your Square account. You'll sign into the Square app and Dashboard using one email address, and then select the location you want to use.
With multiple locations you can assign your employees to both or either location. You can also link the same bank account to both locations, or link a different bank account to each if that's what you need!

How do I add another business to the launch pad? I do sandwiches during the day and hibachi at night on a food truck. I need each business to have a separate website for online ordering. Could you assist me with this?

You have two ways of going about this. You can either create a separate Square Account by visiting Squareup.com and getting started with a new account (keep in mind that you will need a separate email address as part of this process), or you can create a second location within your Square Account and create a separate site within Square Online.

I am an accountant and one of my clients wants me to have access to both of their square accounts. How do I set that up without having several e-mails. I already have an account for my business.

Great question @Jharlow! Your client can add you to each of their Square accounts using the same email address. However, the only limitation here is that they won't be able to use the email address that you used to set up your Square account.

Along the same line. I have two separate concepts running out of one location utilizing the same equipment, etc. How do I set up each business separately to operate with the same stuff. I think I would just have a second square account and sign in to whichever concept is open that day. Correct? Can I have two concepts with one email?

I would suggest looking into this Support Article about Multiple Locations.
Multiple locations allows you to have those different businesses under the same email address. You can have the same or different items within each locations.
Also, there has been a recent update to make it easier to switch between locations on the same device.
