I have set up reoccurring invoices, but it is not charging the card on file on the date set??
the automatic payment option is not working. i have followed all the steps and it shows the invoice is set up and the automatic payment option is selected but it is not charging on the date it is set for. Can anyone help with this? Suggestions?

Hello @brownsfuneral!
When setting up the invoice there's a section called Invoice Method, under Invoice Details. Did you make sure to select the option to charge a customers card?
The default option is to send the invoice by email which would prompt the customer to enter their card information.
