I have 2 separate loans with square for 2 locations does one of the payoff percentage affect offers

I have 2 sperate loans with square for 2 separate locations. One is 91% paid and the other is 11% paid. Does the loan only 11% paid affect the chances of getting a new loan offer. Also if I make extra payments in the one to pay it down will this affect how long a new offer will be sent for the other loan. Thanks
