I can't see the email address when sending a receipt.

When I use my iphone with my Square reader, I don't seem to be able to see what I'm typing when inputting an email address for a customer who has asked for a receipt. The box that the email is entered into, is hidden by the keyboard, and therefore I (or the customer) cannot see if we are typing the correct email address.  How do I get round this problem. It doesn't happen on the ipad, so assume it is because the screen is smaller, but not good when there is no wi-fi.
