That is the vaguest answer EVER. I don't know how it got on there, so would you mind explaining how to remove it????

I am having the issue that the outdated pop up is still showing up on mobile, but not on desktop, and there is no option to edit or remove it. Please advise how to remove it!

Hi, I am trying to remove the pick - up or delivery roadblock that happens when you enter my site. Its not under pop-ups as you suggest above.

It sounds like you might've added the banner in another section or maybe as pick-up instructions.
Go to your Online Store > Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery > Edit

If I remove pick-up, it does make folks put in their delivery address but I want to offer pick-up and delivery, I just don't want a roadblock and make them pick it at the beginning. Does that make sense?

I want folks to be able to choose pick-up or deliver but later in the process. I dont want a barrier for customers seeing what is in my shopping cart.

Completely understand the point on keeping pick up as an option, but removing that block.
So I am going to suggest to reach out to our CS Team directly. It looks like you tried the normal path and it's still showing, so they can take a deeper look into this for you.
