I just signed up and paid a year subscription for Square. I was under the impression that Weebly was a website builder with a built in online store, I don't remember getting the option to pick either online store or website and now I have an online store when I want a website builder. How can I change my account to a website builder instead of the online store and keep the domain I paid for as well as the same subscription?

Hey @shalynwilliams-
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
I'm a little unsure on what you're asking for here. We have an Online Store powered by Weebly, and we previously had what we just called the Square Online Store, which lacked customization, and didn't really have a significant website builder functionality. Just so I can be clear about what you're using now, would you mind providing me with the website to your current Online Store?
Thanks again! ✨

I am having the same problem. I bought a month professional plan and I must have selected something about a business and now I have a Square site when I just wanted Weebly's web-builder. How do I change it?

So I signed up for a website but signed up for the Squareup one instead of the Weebly one. I will not be selling anything and want to change the domain and professional plan i bought back to a weebly site. how can I do that?

@EmHa That's what I'm saying is that the Square Online Store IS Weebly. There's tiers throughout it like the ones you mentioned.
You'll need to contact direct E-Comm CS in order to downgrade your plan or change it.

Fantastic. thanks for responding. Unfortunately, it looks like our company is going to need some different services, so we will have to discontinue the Square account. It is not letting me deactivate because it says our request for credit card purchases or something wasn't approved? I don't recall every applying for that? Just want to deactivate. How do I do that?

I was going to sign up too for the square online paid plans, but the weebly version available for square sites is a limited version. It doesn't have all the power of a regular weebly site. Right now, I am finding myself looking into shopify and wix as alternatives to build my site.
I will have to make to:
1. Have link to my online ordering site on square. This will require me to have two domains. One for my shopify site and one for my online ordering site
OR
2. Use shopify POS or other POS that integrate nicely with which ever website builder I end up choosing.
