That link doesn't show anything about managing subscription. I need to downgrade to basic free until I start selling again.

Hey @kioskdata

 

You can view your subscription billing details from Pricing & Subscriptions on your Square Dashboard. If your business has multiple locations, your monthly bills and summaries can be seen on the location-specific dashboards. To switch location views, click Master Account in the black bar at the top of your dashboard. You can also unsubscribe from subscription services at any time by clicking Cancel Service.

 

Does that work? Unless you're doing pay-as-you go marketing subscriptions?

Thank you. Under Subscription & Pricing...I only see an option to update payment method. I can't find how to cancel service.

Oh, okay, this is for Square Online. Please give us a call. We can only downgrade a subscription over the phone or email. Phone is fastest @kioskdata.
