I'm setting up our business email and it wants to use @www.address.com. Anyone else have this issue? None of the reps I've talked to know how to remove it.

Still having this issue and no one knows how to fix it. This is just to set up a business email through square who partners with google business.

When setting up a Google Workspace email, we suggest following these steps to get started. Is there a particular point in this process where you find you're running into issues?
Additionally, are you able to confirm whether your current domain is hosted by Square, or a third-party provider, and have you been able to successfully connect this to Square Online?
The only other thing I can think of here is that potentially your Google Workspace account hasn't been fully enabled. While I'm unable to confirm the status of your Google Workspace account via a public platform, I would suggest reaching out to one of our Square Online specialists to ask whether this could be preventing you from using the email service.
