If you've processed over $20,000 and over 200 credit card payments, you qualify for a 1099-K. To access your 1099-K, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Square Dashboard
  2. Click "Account & Settings" from the left menu
  3. Under the "Business" section, click "Tax Forms
  4. Under the "1099-K" section you'll see the option to download your 1099-K. Click the link to download.

If you're looking for a sales summary from the last year, you can also find that in your Dashboard. Check out the full list of reports you can download in this article.

Hope that helps!

Question 1. ..If a USA owner owns a home in the Carribean that they rent does Square send a 1099  to Owner even if funds are not brought into the USA

Question. 2......Can  Square  send payments to a checking account in the Carribean  for that rental

Square

@prior60 Check out George's post above for all of our information on 1099-K reporting. Keep in mind that your Square Account can only process payments within the U.S, so you will need to be physically located in the U.S. to process your payments.

You will need to link up a U.S. Bank account to receive those funds, we currently do not support Caribbean bank accounts.
