I run an MMA gym and my main product or income if you will is from contracts with monthly payments. I am constantly having to trace down students and remind them to sign their contracts so I can finish setting up the subscription/invoice. My gym is growing and it is taking up too much of my time. Do any other gyms use square contracts? What do you find works best for you?

I’m not gym but I know that you can attach contracts to be sent to customers/clients when they book a certain appointment that you may have “tagged” online. I’ll include two links below that you help get you started 🙂

Implementing Square Contracts in your MMA gym can greatly streamline and simplify the process of managing monthly payments and subscriptions for your students. By utilizing Square Contracts, you can automate the contract signing and payment setup, saving you valuable time and effort. Many other gyms have successfully adopted Square Contracts, finding it to be an efficient solution that reduces the need for manual reminders and tracking down students. To make the most of this system, consider integrating it into your gym's registration process, ensuring that students sign their contracts and set up their subscriptions before they can begin training. This way, you can focus more on growing your gym and providing an exceptional experience to your students, while Square Contracts handles the administrative tasks seamlessly. So give it a try, streamline your processes, and continue to excel in offering top-notch training with the help of Square Contracts and your dedicated team of trainers. And hey, with all the time you'll save, you might even have a chance to browse some stylish rep shoes to add an extra touch of flair to your gym attire.
