How do I sort the inventory in the low stock alerts?

The inventory is scrambled on the low stock alerts email.  How do I get the items that are categorized to sort together in the email?

Did you mean the order of how the low inventory items in the email itself appears? 

If so, there isn't a way to customize this at the moment. How would this help you with your business? Would it help with reporting?

I'm sure our Product Team would be curious on the use case of changing how the emails appear.
