I have peak and off-peak times with my business 11am-3pm is the off-peak time and 3pm-9pm is peak time. The same services cost different amounts depending on peak and off peak times. I have set up separate services for peak and off peak but I can't see any way to restrict the times which they can be booked e.g. so someone can't book an appointment at the off-peak rate at a peak time. How do I do this?

Welcome to the Seller Community @UltimateBinMan!
I had a play around with this one my end and while there isn't a way to directly restrict the times services can be booked, there is a workaround.
To set this up, you would need to have at least two staff profiles. If you haven't done this before, here's a bit more information on creating Staff Profiles when using Square Appointments.
Once you have a Staff Profile, what you can do is restrict the service so off-peak service will go to only Staff 1 and peak service will go to only staff 2. You can do this either by:
- clicking into the service and edit it under Assigned Team Members
- or go into Appointments > Staff, click the staff profile and check only the service you wish them to have under Services offered during online booking.
After you have assigned the services to the staff profile, go into their profile to edit Location and Hours. This will allow you to control when the staff profile is available, which will also means that customer selecting the particular service associated with that profile will only be able to book them during that specific hours.
I hope this will help!

Good solution, I have a similar problem. However, each staff profile seems to require a different email address. In reality, they are all "me" and I don't have multiple emails. Ideas? Work around

Hey @BowralBeekeepin, just stepping in for Tra here.
That's a great question! You could try making a variation of the same email address. So for example, if your email address was mysquarebusiness@emails.com, you could try adding mysquarebusiness+1@emails.com or mysquarebusiness+demo@emails.com or something along those lines.
Let me know if that works for you!
