How do I re print a receipt?

I am having difficulty re printing a receipt that has already been printed.

In the app go to menu / transactions..  find the transaction and at the top right click New Receipt.  This will alow you to reprint, email, or text the receipt.

just a follow up on this, I was able to find that feature but it’s requiring you to have a regular printer on file….how do you re print the receipt on the thermal printer that’s attached? Thx!
