I can pull up a daily hours report for all my employees, but I want to get a collective number of hours for each employee over 2 weeks time for payroll (outside payroll service)
Thanks

That's weird @magics2018.
You should be able to view the hours for all employees under Labor Cost on the Timecards tab. The sum of all the hours will be displayed in the top right and you can use the date selector to adjust your desired date range.
If you need help finding it or it's not displaying, please feel free to @ mention me. 🙂

I think this is what you are looking for, but it may not be. Have you tried going to the "Timecards" tab in your dashboard and specifying a date range? Here's what mine looks like... *The only thing I don't see that you may be looking for is a total number of hours worked for each employee*

Hi @suekloter - When you select the date it will allow you to choose a Start date and End Date which will give you a custom date range.

This is how it used to look but as of last week it will either only let me see Work Day or Labor which when I click it is only one employee at a time

I do my own payroll and just switched to Square. Now that it's time to do payroll, how to I view my employees hours in a 2 week range rather than day-by-day?

Thank you!! I honestly have no idea how I missed it. It's under Labor Cost and I swear I looked there... Anyway, thanks again!

Is there a way to get the totals by employee and then by job code also? Say I have an employee who is an assistant manager part time and a server part time, is there a way to get the report to total up her manager hours separate from her serving hours to be paid at 2 different rates?
